To which, after confirming that I had purchased the game the customer support agent told me that the game is still not showing on my account and to uninstall and reinstall the game. He then asked me for the invoice code and I offered him the confirmation code to my game. He asked me where I purchased the game from, I said Origin. I contacted customer support, and the customer support agent noted that the game is not showing under my account. I've tried uninstalling the game, deleting the files off my computer and reinstalling the game, and that also did not work. I've tried choosing update until there are no more updates.
I tired installing and repairing between installs (I have the deluxe, so it has pirates and nobles) and then pressing launch. I also tried installing then immediately pressing launch. I tried launching it through NVIDIA, I tried launching it through a shortcut and I tried launching it through Origin. I don't know how many times I repaired, updated, and uninstalled and reinstalled, however the game will not launch. I saw it fail to open and I saw a task called Window Problem Reporting briefly open and close. To test my idea that it may be crashing before launch I opened the task manager and tried to launch the game. I push play, origin closes, I see a loading circle next to my pointer and origin reopens. It is crashing before launch, constantly. I purchased the game in and have played it in 2022.
